As part of our growth in Bangladesh, we are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Corporate Finance Consultant to join our team.

Position Overview

The Corporate Finance Consultant will advise clients on a broad range of corporate finance matters, including capital raising, financial restructuring, valuations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investment analysis. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial due diligence, business valuations, and market analysis for M&A and investment opportunities.
  • Advise clients on capital raising strategies, including debt and equity financing options.
  • Support financial restructuring initiatives to improve client balance sheets and liquidity.
  • Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment risks and returns.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and investors.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and regulatory advisors to ensure compliance and optimal deal structuring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Stay current on financial regulations, market trends, and best practices in corporate finance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience with financial modeling, valuations, and transaction advisory.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Bangladesh's financial markets, regulatory environment, and corporate sector.

Preferred Competencies

  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and international clients.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, restructuring, and risk management.
  • Strong client management and negotiation skills.
