Position Overview

The
Strategy & Management Consultant
will play a pivotal role in advising clients across diverse sectors on business strategy, operational optimization, and digital transformation. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Bangladesh's business environment and emerging market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to strategic consulting engagements, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and growth strategy development.
  • Design and implement business process improvements, operational models, and organizational restructuring plans.
  • Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for technology integration and innovation.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes in Bangladesh and the broader region.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in management consulting or a relevant industry role.
  • Proven expertise in strategy formulation, operational excellence, and business transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English; proficiency in another language is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Bangladesh's key industries, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience working with multinational clients or cross-border projects.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and their impact on business models.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Strategy-related credentials are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and high professional standards.
