Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable 
Student Counselor
 to join our team and support students in pursuing higher education opportunities in Hungary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end guidance—from counseling to admissions and visa assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling to students and/or parents regarding academic programs, universities, tuition fees, and career prospects in Hungary.
  • Guide students through the complete admission process including application forms, document collection, and university communication.
  • Advise students on Hungarian student visa procedures, financial documentation, embassy interview preparation, and visa file submission.
  • Communicate with Hungarian universities and partners to track application status and resolve issues.
  • Update and maintain student records and follow-up tasks using CRM tools.
  • Conduct webinars, Q&A sessions, and participate in student seminars or education fairs.
  • Help students with accommodation, travel, and pre-departure briefings.
  • Stay up to date on Hungary's education system, immigration regulations, and scholarship options.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, Communication preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in student counseling or study abroad consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hungary's education system and student visa process is 
    required
    .
  • Strong communication skills in 
    English and Bengali
     (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and online platforms for student follow-up.
  • Must be target-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple files under deadlines.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Knowledge of Hungarian universities and embassy interview trends.
  • Experience working with international students or visa processing.
  • Ability to explain complex processes in simple language to students and families.
  • Team player with a student-first mindset and ethical approach.
