experienced and motivated Student Counselor
to join our dynamic team in Dhaka.

Position Overview

We are seeking an
Experienced Student Counselor
with expertise in
Europe, Australia, and New Zealand
study destinations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in student visa documentation, admission processing, and client counseling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on study options, admission requirements, and visa processes for Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Prepare, review, and submit university and visa documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with students, universities, and internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
  • Assist in preparing SOPs, financial documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain timely progress of applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in overseas education consultancy (Europe/Australia/New Zealand focus preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of
    university admission
    and
    visa documentation
    procedures.
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills in
    English and Bangla
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    , email management, and online application portals.
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    , accuracy, and time management.
  • Ability to
    handle multiple applications
    independently.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience using
    CRM
    or data management systems.
  • Basic document design or formatting skills (
    Canva, Photoshop
    , etc.).
