We're Hiring: Sales Engineer – Rooftop Solar

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Full-time | On-Office

Are you passionate about renewable energy and skilled in technical sales? We're looking for a
Sales Engineer
to join our dynamic team and help accelerate rooftop solar adoption

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to design and present solar rooftop solutions.

Use
PVsyst
for accurate performance simulations and energy yield assessments.

Interpret electrical drawings and provide system sizing, component selection, and feasibility analysis.

Engage with clients to understand their energy needs and deliver customized proposals.

Support the pre-sales and post-sales process with technical documentation and site assessments.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in rooftop solar or a related field.

Proficiency in
PVsyst
is a must.

Solid background in
Electrical Engineering
(EEE), with an understanding of system design and compliance.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Bonus Points:

Experience with AutoCAD, Helioscope, or similar tools.

Familiarity with local solar policies and net metering regulations.
