OM-Sales manages the entire channel sales cycle, from partner introduction and opportunity identification to closing deals and overseeing proof of concept (POCs).

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Analyst, based in Dhaka with some remote work flexibility. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for performing quality assurance and quality control tasks, ensuring that products and processes meet established standards. Daily activities include analyzing and inspecting work processes, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining compliance with quality management systems. Collaboration, communication, and analytical evaluation will be key aspects of the role to ensure overall quality excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to monitor, maintain, and improve product or service standards.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams, document findings, and provide quality-related feedback.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems and processes to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with software tools related to quality analysis is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
