AI-powered search is rewriting the rules of visibility. Brands no longer compete only on Google; they compete inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, SGE, and every generative engine shaping buyer decisions.

We're building one of the world's first dedicated AI Search Optimization teams, and we're looking for a true expert who understands the intersection of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute AEO/GEO frameworks to improve brand citations in AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, SGE).
  • Conduct technical & semantic SEO audits with AI-driven search in mind.
  • Optimize websites for AI agents, structured data, entity understanding, and knowledge graph visibility.
  • Analyze prompt-driven search behavior and create content that ranks in AI-generated answers.
  • Design & implement multi-platform optimization strategies (Google, Bing, social Q&A, AI assistants).
  • Collaborate with content, dev, and outreach teams to build AI-ready authority signals.
  • Track performance through analytics, schema validators, and AI search monitoring tools.
  • Lead strategy for multiple clients across different industries.

Requirements (Highly Prioritized - Low-level will be executed)

  • 3–5+ years of
    advanced SEO experience

, ideally agency-side.
- Proven experience with
structured data, schema markup, entities, and knowledge graphs

.
- Deep understanding of how
AI search engines generate answers

and how to influence citations.

Highly Strong Execution knowledge of:

  • Semantic SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • Topical authority
  • Schema strategies
  • AI search behavior
  • Off-Page Outreach

  • Local SEO Strategies and Executions.

  • Familiarity with tools like GSC, GA4, GTM, SE Ranking, and GPT-based workflows.

  • Ability to think strategically, run experiments, and solve complex ranking problems.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, Asana, Slack, and Google Meet.
  • Type PES (in the subject) while sending the application email.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI agents, retrieval optimization, or LLM-driven content engineering.
  • Previous work optimizing for ChatGPT citations or Perplexity "Sources".
  • Experience working with agencies handling multiple client deliverables.

Compensation

1) Salary - (25k-40k) Based on experience and expertise

2) Monthly Incentives Up to 10k.
