About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Career Search Operation Assistant to support an active job search campaign targeting Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision, Data Science, and Data Analytics internship positions in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and compile 40+ relevant internship opportunities daily across major job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Handshake, etc.)
  • Focus areas: Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision, Data Science, and Data Analytics internships
  • Draft customized cover letter templates using AI tools based
  • Maintain a comprehensive Excel tracking system including: company names, positions, requirements, deadlines, application links, and status
  • Identify patterns in job requirements to optimize application approach
  • Provide daily summaries

Required Qualifications

  • Current
    Computer Science
    student OR recent Computer Science graduate
  • Strong understanding of ML/AI/Data Science job market and terminology
  • Excellent research and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily research targets
  • Reliable internet connection and computer access

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with US job markets and application processes

Position Details

  • Duration: 3-month contract
  • Time Commitment: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Compensation: 8,000 BDT per month
