Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Daily tasks include handling business law matters, contract law, and providing legal consulting services. The individual will work closely with other departments to ensure all legal aspects of the firm's operations are in order.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Law, Law, and Contract Law
- Strong skills in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
