Role Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in AI, Digital Marketing, Front-end Development, and SaaS-based platforms.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Basic front-end development skills, *can trian the AI Bot [ We ll provide the trianing]

Strong communication skills, Prompt reply on WhatsApp, Google Chat

Familiarity with our Products:

And so on

Product testing & bug identification

Prompt generation & AI-related tasks

Data entry & database management

Team collaboration & project management

Basic Laravel, PHP, cPanel management

Social media & digital marketing

Experience with SEO, AEO, SEM, Google Trends tools

Google Analytics & Web Analytics tools

Enthusiasm for learning & professional growth

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Mailchimp, Medium, Canva, Figma, FigJam, InVideo, YouTube tools

Research & development (R&D) experience, Problem Solving

Good command of English & communication skills

Experience with legal software or SaaS is a plus

Familiarity with Trello & daily office tools

Terms & Conditions

Contract Duration: 3-6 months

Remuneration & Compensation: 10,000 BDT per month [On-site] for Remote 6,000 BDT. -The first 45 days will be considered a probationary period and will be unpaid [ Applicable after completing the 3 months Unpaid Phase 01]

Remote Internship (6 hours daily) – Unpaid 3 months (Certificate provided)

Hybrid Paid Internship (8 hours daily, Dhanmondi -27, Dhaka Office) – PAID (Certificate provided)

Contract Extension: Possible upon mutual agreement with revised salary & terms

Notice Period: 100 days' notice required for resignation [ 1 Month ago in Written]

Work Schedule:

Days per Week: 6

Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for Hybrid Paid (8 hours daily, flexible for remote positions- after 3 months)

Discipline & Work Ethics

Prompt communication & responsiveness are critical.

Respect for office rules, team collaboration & NDA compliance.

Active participation in Team Spaces & Google Chat during working hours.

Urgent matters require prompt responses on WhatsApp.

Sick Leave Policy:

Up to 1 sick days per month (Maximum 3 days in 3 months, 17 days annually)

Frequent absenteeism is discouraged. If prone to illness, please reconsider applying.

Training Period:

A 21-day unpaid training period is required for paid interns.
