Job Overview:
Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing, developing & retaining key accounts to drive revenue growth and maintain long-term relationships with major B2B clients by positioning telecommunications and advance ICT/IoT product and service. This role requires a deep understanding of the overall industry and customer need, excellent relationship management skills, and a strategic approach to account management.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary contact to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. - Sales & Revenue Growth
: Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth through consultative selling. - Customer Engagement
: Ensure high-quality service, regular client interactions, and promote digital tools to enhance customer experience. - ICT/IoT Penetration
: Collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption of ICT, IoT, and new business solutions across the portfolio. - Strategic Retention
: Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and ensure GP's presence in top-of-mind positioning. - Campaigns & Collaboration
: Lead account-specific campaigns, joint promotions, and engagement activities to boost loyalty and brand visibility.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university, preferably with a
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
background.

within Bangladesh's corporate ecosystem.
