Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager Finance based in Gulshan. The responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, managing accounting records, ensuring internal controls are in place, and performing financial analysis. The role also involves preparing financial reports, assisting in budgeting, and supporting the senior management with financial insights to drive decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience with Financial Statements and Finance
  • Proficient in Accounting practices and maintaining Internal Controls
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for financial data interpretation and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
  • Experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
