Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Educational Counselor located in Sylhet. The Senior Educational Counselor will oversee day-to-day student counseling, providing guidance and support to students in selecting suitable educational programs. Responsibilities include offering career counseling, assisting students with applications, and maintaining communication with educational institutions and recruitment agents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Education sector
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with educational institutions and recruitment agents
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a similar role and proficiency in using AI-powered EdTech platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
