IDP Education, a global leader in international education services, is looking for a dedicated Student Counselor for Australia destination to join our team and help students achieve their dreams of studying abroad

Your Role:

As a Student Counselor, you'll play a key role in helping students navigate their educational journey by providing expert advice and guidance. You'll help them secure placements in leading global institutions while meeting targets and ensuring the best outcomes for our clients and students.

What You'll Do:


• Provide exceptional counseling services that consistently exceed customer and client expectations.


• Meet student enrollment targets per intake and designated destination.


• Support the execution of destination-specific activity calendars to achieve pipeline leads and conversion targets per intake.


• Ensure strong client support through 100% compliance with application processes.


• Contribute effectively as a productive member of the office team and promote teamwork and a cooperative approach to strengthen team spirit and support the Office Manager effectively.


• Efficiently implement global priority projects at the country/office level.

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.


• In-depth knowledge of local education systems and destination specifics.


• 1-2 years of counseling experience, preferably within the education industry.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.


• Commitment to delivering high-quality service as a core part of work ethics.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong problem resolution skills.
