Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Sylhet. The Front Desk Executive will handle day-to-day reception duties, manage phone calls with proper phone etiquette, and offer excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for greeting visitors, managing appointments, and ensuring effective communication between different departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Communication abilities
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing administrative tasks
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
