Key Accounts Manager
. This pivotal role involves managing relationships with our most important clients, understanding their business requirements, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in key account management and client growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Understanding & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored digital solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to share progress updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Business Growth & Development
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Work with the leadership team to create and implement account growth strategies.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for client expansions.
Workload & Project Management
- Coordinate with developers, designers, marketers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Ensure all internal teams are aligned with client requirements and deliverables.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule and lead client and internal meetings to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain calendars, track milestones, and ensure proper documentation of all account activities.
Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Understand SEO, social media, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies to effectively communicate with clients.
- Help design and recommend growth strategies for clients using marketing insights and analytics.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs, account performance, and business growth metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for management and clients.
- Identify potential risks or challenges and propose proactive solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management, client relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong background in digital marketing or software services.
- Excellent English-speaking skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
