Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer, located in Dhaka. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating and overseeing the design and visual elements of the company's marketing materials, products, and other visual communications. Daily tasks include designing graphics, reviewing design work, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that all designs meet company standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite, and Digital Design
  • Experience in Branding, Corporate Identity, and Visual Communication
  • Strong skills in Illustration, Typography, and Layout Design
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to review and critique design work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the consumer products or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
