Job Context:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Software Engineer (Java)
to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. You will play a key role in driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality solutions using modern Java frameworks and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    scalable and high-performance applications
    using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end development of
    RESTful APIs
    and microservices for enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, UI/UX) to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure application security, performance tuning, and optimization of services.
  • Write
    clean, maintainable, and testable code
    following best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Participate in
    architectural discussions
    and contribute to system design and improvements.
  • Work with
    CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms
    (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively suggest adoption where relevant.
