ERP Lagbe is a Bangladeshi startup building ERP solutions (retail, manufacturing, healthcare, education, hospitality, etc.) and business tools like CRM, HRM, Inventory & Accounting. Our mission: make ERP accessible for MSMEs, startups & enterprises in Bangladesh — and beyond.

Role Overview
We're looking for a tech-savvy, solution-oriented professional to drive sales and ensure client success. You'll handle lead generation, sales meetings, proposals, demos, and post-sale onboarding/support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate & manage B2B leads across industries.
  • Meet clients, understand workflows, and propose tailored ERP solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead → discovery → negotiation → closing → post-sales
  • Coordinate onboarding, training & implementation with clients
  • Maintain client relationships to drive renewals, referrals & upsells

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales (
    B2B software/IT/
    ERP/CRM preferred)
  • ERP knowledge/experience is a plus
  • Strong communication & negotiation (Bangla & English)
  • Tech-savvy, able to understand workflows & translate requirements
  • Self-driven, customer-focused & target-oriented
