Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for POS software.
  • Conduct both remote and in-person (field) sales activities, including product demos, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in pharmacies, retail, restaurants, and hypermarkets through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and materials to drive lead generation.
  • Provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in internal software.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Must-Have: Proven experience in sales and marketing within the POS software industry.
  • Strong ability to pitch and sell software solutions to diverse businesses (e.g., pharmacies, retail, restaurants, super shops).
  • Experience in both remote sales (via calls, emails, virtual demos) and field sales (in-person client visits).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers to close deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
