The Department Head (Student Affairs) at Edu Abroad Limited will lead our student counseling and recruitment team, ensuring smooth guidance for students in choosing their study destinations and completing admission and visa processes. This is a leadership position that directly contributes to Edu Abroad Limited's mission of helping students achieve their global education dreams. By guiding students and driving the department's growth, the Department Head plays a key role in the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding students about admission & visa processes
  • Building partnerships with universities/colleges abroad
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly student recruitment targets
  • Organizing seminars, education fairs, and workshops

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of proven work experience in the related field
  • Student recruitment/education consultancy
  • Overseas education counseling, Sales & marketing, preferably in the education/training sector
  • Relationship management with universities, agents, or students
  • Strong communication (English proficiency is a must)
  • Confidence in client handling and public speaking
  • Strong understanding of international education systems
  • Counseling & advisory skills for students
  • Negotiation & persuasion (to convert student leads into admissions)
  • Knowledge of visa processes (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe)
  • Networking & partnership development with foreign universities
  • Marketing (digital + offline) skills to attract students
  • Report writing & documentation skills
