  • Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare advance requisition for factory expenditure and ensure the fund is available to meet day to day expenditure.

  • Compile and prepare annual revenue and capital budget and send it to the concerned departments for feedback for proposal finalization.
  • Check bill, voucher and handle the Factory petty cash.
  • Prepare and updates Bank Book, Cash Book, Ledger A/C and fixed Asset Register.
  • Maintain and ensure VAT & Tax compliance at the time of payment.
  • Health care bill check and ensure proper record.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statement and monthly expenditure statement.
  • Ensure proper control over Inventory and Fixed Asset Management.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

  • Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelors in Commerce/ BBA in Finance or Accounting. CA/CMA partly qualified will be given preference.

  • Job Requirements :

  • Age maximum 35 year(s)

  • Experience in related field: minimum 2 year(s)
