Job Overview

We're seeking ambitious Junior IT Sales Executives who are results-driven, confident in face-to-face client interactions, and skilled at building lasting business relationships. In this role, you'll represent Optilius by promoting cutting-edge software solutions that help startups and SMEs enhance their digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through field visits, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Optilius solutions and close deals.
  • Tailor proposals and solutions to client needs through detailed analysis.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic understanding of sales and business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to conduct outdoor client visits across Dhaka and nearby areas.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory) in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Modern tech literacy with a solid understanding of IT and software products.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
