Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated on the latest market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Customer service skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Dhaka is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
