Role Description

  • Assist in preparing and checking L/C, TT, shipment, and import documents.
  • Coordinate with Bank, C&F agents, and courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
  • Maintain records of PO, PI, L/C, shipment documents, and follow up with foreign suppliers.
  • Track production/shipment status and update the Manager.
  • Maintain daily sales records, product price list, and proposals.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, offers, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Handle routine client communication and reporting.
  • Keep systematic filing of all documents.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
