Role Overview

We're looking for a
Product Development Engineer

who can bridge business goals and technology execution—owning the product lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment and iteration. You'll translate non-technical founder vision into secure, scalable, market-fit features, and coordinate freelancers/third-party devs when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of our web & mobile apps.
  • Architect clean, scalable services; maintain API logic and DB performance.
  • Payment Gateway Integration:

SSLCommerz, bKash, Stripe (or equivalents).
- Data Security & Encryption:

SSL/TLS, secure data storage, auth best practices.
- Cloud deployment & ops (AWS / Google Cloud / DigitalOcean).
- Version control, reviews, and CI basics with
Git / GitHub

.
- Run lightweight
Agile/Scrum

rituals for sprints and task tracking.
- Collaborate directly with founders to prioritize features and ship fast.
- Own performance, reliability, and user experience end-to-end.

Core Technical Skills

  • Mobile:
    Flutter

or
React Native
- Backend:
/ Laravel / Django / Firebase

(any strong combo)
- Databases:
MySQL / MongoDB / Firestore
- API integration, secure auth, and REST/JSON fundamentals
- Git / GitHub and pragmatic DevOps (logs, monitoring, rollbacks)

Nice to Have

  • FinTech or marketplace experience; knowledge of KYC/AML workflows
  • UI/UX awareness and product roadmapping
  • Leading small tech teams or managing freelancers
