About the Role:

You will own technical leadership, delivery, and innovation across Raptas' product portfolio, including but not limited to Shield Sphere and GRC Sphere. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends architecture, engineering execution, and product-driven innovation to deliver secure, scalable enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development across multiple products: architecture, sprint planning, code quality, CI/CD, and releases
  • Define and drive technical roadmap aligned with business and product strategy
  • Champion innovation by researching emerging tech, prototyping, and turning experiments into production features
  • Embed security and compliance into design and delivery through secure coding, threat modeling, and automated testing
  • Mentor and grow engineering teams; set standards for code, testing, observability, and deployment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritize and deliver customer value
  • Measure outcomes using telemetry, KPIs, and customer feedback to iterate quickly
  • Represent technical vision in customer meetings, partner integrations, and executive reviews

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
  • Proven track record shipping SaaS or enterprise software at scale
  • Strong full-stack skills: backend services, APIs, cloud-native architecture, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, and Kubernetes
  • Practical knowledge of security engineering and familiarity with GRC or compliance concepts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • PREFERRED: Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and observability tooling
  • PREFERRED: Background in product management or demonstrated product sense for prioritization
  • PREFERRED: Experience with enterprise integrations, SSO, and regulatory environments
