  • Be responsible for the manufacturing of the prototypes and participate in the setting up of the technical file
  • Be a key contact between Product Engineer in headquarters and local Suppliers, assuring all products are developed in accordance with design and specification requirements as detailed by Brand while maintaining a concept on performance
  • Optimize the development cost of the products
  • Coordinate the development and industrialization of the project plan
  • Ensure and optimize the manufacturing organization : Efficiency improvement, SMV reduction, consumption optimization etc.
  • Manage the continuous improvement in my activity Qualifications
  • Experience in Garments merchandising/Industrial Engineering for at least 2-5 years (Max)
  • Punctual, organized, detailed, fast learning, and customer service mindset
  • Dynamic, open-minded, creative, and positive personality
  • Should be mobile & Love to be on-the-field and to work at the production site almost every day
  • English communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of business
  • Ability to make a decision and take responsibility for any action
