Astha Wellness & Care Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Residential Medical Officer (RMO)
to join our expanding medical team. Candidates must be confident in clinical decision-making and passionate about providing quality patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBBS degree
    from a recognized medical institution (Mandatory)
  • Valid BMDC Registration
    (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience
  • Experienced/Expert professionals are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
  • Good medical documentation and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical assessment, treatment, and follow-up care
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
  • Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and support teams
  • Ensure adherence to medical protocols and patient safety standards
  • Respond promptly to emergency cases and critical situations
