The Medical Officer will be responsible for delivering specialized medical care through consultations, diagnostic assessments, minor procedures, and home visits when needed. The role includes ensuring high-quality patient care aligned with Praava's SMILE values, supporting clinic policies and growth initiatives, and engaging in continuous professional development through research and medical associations. The Medical Officer will also represent Praava in corporate health events and contribute to the overall functioning of the clinic as assigned by the DMS/CMO.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Provide specialized medical care and consultations to patients.
  • Conduct in-depth diagnostic assessments and tests for patients.
  • Perform minor medical procedures and surgeries (as applicable).
  • Stay updated with the latest medical research and advancements in your field, and elsewhere when possible, with the aim of publishing in national and international journals.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to medical standards in line with Praava's SMILE values.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with administration to support clinic growth and expansion.
  • Join professional medical associations, both nationally and internationally, for networking and professional development.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the DMS/CMO to contribute to the overall functioning of the clinic.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of clinical practice experience in the healthcare sector.
