About the Role
Solara Energy is expanding its sales team and is looking for a motivated and professional
Jr. Sales Executive
. This role focuses on promoting solar energy solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth within the technology and renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities within a designated territory.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their energy needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and generate sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent Solara Energy with professionalism in all interactions.
  • Stay updated on solar industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
  • Prior experience in technology-related sectors or B2B/B2C sales is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
  • Leadership qualities and involvement in extracurricular activities will be considered an advantage.
  • Having a personal laptop is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and solar industry is a plus.

Working Hours & Holidays-

  • 8 hours per day, 48 hours per week (Saturday to Thursday).
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with 1-hour meal/rest break.
  • Friday is the weekly holiday. Work on holidays will be treated as overtime.
  • Festival holidays as declared by the Government of Bangladesh.

Compensation & Benefits-

  • Basic Salary, Medical Allowance, Transportation Allowance, and other allowances.
  • Performance Bonus, EID Bonus.
