Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. (BPCL) is Bangladesh's first consultation center offering comprehensive psychiatric solutions to address mental health in conjunction with physical and spiritual well-being. Dedicated to providing international-standard mental health services under one roof, BPCL specializes in the treatment, management, and rehabilitation of a wide range of mental health conditions including psychiatric disorders, addictions, developmental disabilities, and psycho-social issues. The center is staffed by a team of globally recognized psychiatrists, promising young professionals, and expert psychotherapists for an integrated approach to mental health care. With a mission to be a one-stop solution for mental health needs, BPCL operates a specialized pharmacy for convenient access to required medications.
Role Description
- Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone, create a welcoming atmosphere, and answer general inquiries.
- Register new patients, collect necessary personal and referral information, and manage the registration process.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimize provider schedules, and manage wait times. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Identify patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Resolves all patients' questions or concerns via multiple media; the phone, email, online chat or social media
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
Always maintains a positive and
constructive attitude
Maintain and organize patient
records, manage the reception area, and perform data entry.
Contributes to team effort by
accomplishing related results as
needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Experience in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proficient in customer support, ensuring timely responses and addressing concerns professionally
- Dedication to creating and maintaining an excellent customer experience
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a calm demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional, on-site environment
- Prior experience in healthcare or a service-oriented environment is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
