Executive - Account & Stock Management

Job Description / Responsibility

Workplace:
Work at shop and office

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts related to import consignments and inventory.
  • Prepare and manage vouchers, cash book, ledger, and bank records.
  • Maintain accurate accounting and stock records, both consignment-wise, client-wise, and product-wise.
  • Monitor and record both inward and outward stock movements, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain import and shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, L/C-related papers).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, banks, C&F agents, transporters, and internal teams.
  • Track import shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Prepare regular accounts, stock, and import reports for management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

  • Skills & Expertise:
    Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Accounts and Finance, Cost and Inventory Management, Finance and Banking, Monitoring and Reporting,
    MS Excel
    , MS Office, MS Word, Accounting, Stock Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of import procedures and trade documentation.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel, MS Office, email, and accounting/inventory software
    .
  • Ability to handle multiple consignments and maintain accurate records.
  • Sincere, self-motivated, well-organized, and service-oriented personality.
