Job Description / Responsibility

সুন্দরবন ফার্ম (প্রাঃ) লিমিটেড-এর জন্য খুলনা বিভাগে
কৃষি যন্ত্রপাতি মার্কেটিং এক্সিকিউটিভ
পদে লোক নিয়োগ করা হবে।

মূল দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য:

  • খুলনা বিভাগের কৃষকদের সাথে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ স্থাপন করা এবং কোম্পানির আধুনিক কৃষি যন্ত্রপাতি (যেমন: পাওয়ার টিলার, রিপার, ধান ঝাড়া মেশিন, স্প্রে মেশিন, ওয়াটার পাম্প, ইত্যাদি) সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।
  • কৃষি যন্ত্রপাতির ব্যবহার ও সুবিধা সম্পর্কে কৃষকদের উৎসাহিত করা এবং বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা।
  • নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় কৃষি যন্ত্রপাতি মেরামতকারী
    মিস্ত্রিদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক স্থাপন
    করা এবং তাদের মাধ্যমে কোম্পানির পণ্য বিক্রয়ে উৎসাহী করা।
  • বিক্রয় বাড়ানোর জন্য মিস্ত্রিদের সাথে কার্যকর
    কমিশন ভিত্তিক বিক্রয় কৌশল
    নিয়ে কাজ করা এবং বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণ করা।
  • বাজারের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা এবং ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষকে নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট করা।

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • Diploma in Agriculture
  • Diploma in Automobile
  • Diploma in Electronics
  • Diploma
  • ন্যূনতম উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক সার্টিফিকেট (H.S.C.) বা সমমানের ডিগ্রি।
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Selling skill

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Farming

Additional Requirements

  • অভিজ্ঞতা:
    কৃষি যন্ত্রপাতি বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ১-২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলে, বিক্রয় ও মার্কেটিং-এ আগ্রহী এবং পরিশ্রমী প্রার্থীরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

দক্ষতা:

  • কৃষক ও স্থানীয় মিস্ত্রিদের সাথে কার্যকরভাবে যোগাযোগ স্থাপন ও সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখার দক্ষতা।
  • শক্তিশালী বিক্রয় এবং আলোচনা করার ক্ষমতা।
  • স্ব-প্রণোদিত এবং লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণে সক্ষম।
  • খুলনা বিভাগের স্থানীয় ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতি সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকা বাঞ্ছনীয়।
  • মোটরসাইকেল চালানো জানতে হবে এবং নিজস্ব মোটরসাইকেল থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার বেশি পাবেন।
  • ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে
  • মোটরসাইকেল থাকতে হবে
