Sales Executive (Telesales)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads
  • Present, promote, and sell services over the phone
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in CRM systems
  • Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and support teams
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products wherever possible
  • Stay updated on service related knowledge, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Client Service/ Marketing, Customer Service, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Client Support, After Sales Service, Sales target, Customer Service, Graphic Design and Digital Content Creation

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Telecommunication,Advertising Agency,Design/Printing/Publishing,IT Enabled Service,Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Web Media/Blog,Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Requirements
