What You'll Do

  • Plan monthly content calendars across brands and channels with marketing, design, and video teams
  • Write high-quality content: product pages, packaging copy, leaflets, blogs, PRs, newsletters, landing pages, captions, and ad copy (Bangla and English)
  • Develop scripts for short videos, product explainers, and ads
  • Research topics, claims, and references to ensure medical, regulatory, and brand accuracy
  • Optimize content for SEO and conversion with clean structure, keywords, and CTAs
  • Coordinate with designers to turn copy into static and carousel creatives
  • Maintain tone and brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Track content KPIs and report progress in shared sheets and dashboards
  • Use AI tools responsibly to speed up ideation, drafting, and localization

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing
  • Strong command of Bangla and English writing and editing
  • Portfolio that shows clear, persuasive copy and structured long-form writing
  • Working knowledge of SEO writing, on-page basics, and analytics interpretation
  • Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets, WordPress or similar CMS, and AI writing tools
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, pharma, wellness, or regulated industries; scriptwriting for video; PR writing

  • Monthly targets for captions, static/carousel copies, blog articles, PRs, and video scripts
  • On-time delivery rate and editorial quality score
  • Organic visibility gains on key pages and posts
