About the Role:

Mentors Learning is seeking a passionate and skilled
Content Development & Script Writer

to join our dynamic in-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging educational content, writing compelling scripts for video lessons, marketing videos, and training modules aligned with our academic and professional courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop academic content across various subjects, including English, Communication Skills, Business, and General Knowledge.
  • Write clear, structured, and engaging scripts for online video lessons and promotional content.
  • Create PowerPoint slides or visual content outlines for instructors to follow during lectures.
  • Collaborate with educators, video editors, and digital teams to ensure content quality and delivery goals.
  • Adapt writing style based on the target audience (school/college/university students, professionals, etc.)
  • Revise and proofread scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand tone.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content writing, script writing, or academic content development.
  • Excellent command of English and Bangla (both written and verbal).
  • Strong research skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Media, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
