Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Specialist located in Dhaka. The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality web content, developing and implementing robust content strategies, and managing content across multiple platforms. Regular responsibilities include crafting written materials aligned with the organization's goals, overseeing content scheduling, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the organization's tone and guidelines. Collaboration with various teams, including marketing and instructional design, to optimize content reach and effectiveness will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Content Strategy development
- Expertise in Content Management including organizing, publishing, and optimizing digital content
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain consistency and accuracy in content
- Relevant experience in education or e-learning content development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
