About the Role

We are seeking an innovative

Search Engine Optimization Specialist

with hands-on experience in optimizing content and strategies for traditional search engines like Google and emerging AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini. The ideal candidate will combine technical SEO expertise with an understanding of AI content generation, conversational search, and semantic search to drive organic visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for Google and AI-driven platforms to maximize organic reach.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research considering search intent for traditional and AI-powered search.
  • Optimize on-page SEO, including structured data, meta tags, headings, and content for AI interpretation.
  • Implement off-page SEO and link-building strategies aligned with modern search algorithms.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create AI-friendly content prompts and outputs.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics on Google, AI search platforms, and other analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving search engine algorithms, AI content trends, and semantic search developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO, including optimizing for Google.
  • Knowledge of AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini and their impact on content discovery.
  • Strong skills in keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and semantic search principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
