𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager who can join immediately with a strong full-stack software development background and proven experience leading large-scale technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and project execution experience to successfully deliver enterprise SaaS solutions in the industrial sector.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP, Automation, and AI-based platforms.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee full-stack technical development and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum processes, from sprint planning to final deployment.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to both technical teams and clients.
  • Mentor developers and technical staff to maintain best practices and code quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including External Stakeholder, QA, DevOps, and Design teams.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large-scale SaaS, ERP, or automation projects.
  • Hands-on full-stack development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, , React/Vue/Angular or Python, Django).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API integrations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing ERP deployments.
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and industrial automation technologies.
