Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a Technical Manager (Sewing Operation - Knit Garments). The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sewing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in production processes. Key tasks include managing technical support, supervising team members, coordinating research and development projects, and providing analytical insights to enhance productivity. The role also involves managing project timelines and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Team Management skills to effectively supervise and guide the manufacturing team
  • Experience in Technical Support within a sewing operation environment
  • Research and Development (R&D) skills to drive innovation and improvement in garment production
  • Project Management skills to manage timelines and ensure successful project completion
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field
