Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Apsis Solutions, you will be responsible for defining and managing project scope, leading planning activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Your role includes resource planning, budget preparation and tracking, project tracking, stakeholder management, and team motivation. You will play a crucial part in conducting project meetings, initiating and closing projects, and addressing risks and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


• Define and manage the project scope in collaboration with stakeholders.


• Define team members' roles and responsibilities, ensuring clear accountability.


• Lead project planning activities, including timeline and task development.


• Conduct resource planning to allocate team members effectively.


• Prepare and track the project budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.


• Perform ongoing project tracking to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.


• Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.


• Ensure on-time project delivery, meeting quality standards and customer satisfaction.


• Communicate project status regularly to relevant stakeholders.


• Conduct project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan next steps.


• Perform project initiation and closing activities in accordance with project management best practices.


• Motivate and inspire the project team to achieve project goals and milestones.


• Identify risks, prepare risk plans, and implement risk mitigation strategies.


• Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner to prevent project delays.

Project Manager Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.


• 6-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical or IT-related environment.


• Proven experience in defining project scope, planning, and resource management.


• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to prepare and track project budgets.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and motivate team members.


• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.


• Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.


• Ability to escalate issues promptly to prevent project delays.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
