Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Chattogram. The Team Lead will oversee project execution, manage team members, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, resolving issues, mentoring team members, and collaborating with clients to align project outcomes with their needs. The role involves both team leadership and hands-on contributions to technical and strategic efforts.

  • Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Conflict Resolution abilities
  • Communication, Team Mentoring, and Client Collaboration skills
  • Technical Expertise in relevant IT domains (coding, systems integration, etc.)
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Experience in agile project methodologies and familiarity with IT tools/platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Previous experience as a team lead or similar managerial role is advantageous
