Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Manager, CAD (Lectra Software) to lead and oversee the production of blazers and formal wear. This on-site role, based in Chattogram, involves managing CAD operations using Lectra software, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CAD patterns. The manager will also be responsible for aligning production processes with design specifications and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Lectra, with strong pattern-making and grading expertise
  • Experience in managing the design and production process for blazers and formal wear
  • Knowledge in fabric characteristics, garment construction, and quality standards
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Design, or a related field
  • Experience in a formal apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
