PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

Ensure accurate financial records, support daily accounting operations, and maintain compliance. The Accounting Specialist upholds financial integrity and contributes to efficient, data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities


•
Manage accounts receivable and follow up with customers for timely collections.


• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.


• Maintain communication with customers regarding payment schedules and outstanding dues.


• Process supplier bills with accuracy and compliance to company policy.


• Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports and reconciliations.


• Support management with credit control analysis and reporting.


• Ensure proper documentation for all transactions and assist during audits.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


•
CA-CC
from a reputed firm.


•
0–1 year
of experience in accounts or finance.


• Sound knowledge of
VAT, Tax, TDS, and VDS
regulations.


• Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP).


• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer coordination professionally.


•
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
