Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, conducting financial analysis, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing transactions, monitoring account activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other teams to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in conducting financial analysis
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Finance-related tasks and Account Management
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
