Graduate Associate Program is the flagship graduate program in Bangladesh for fresh talents who want to be part of country's top International Bank committed to their values and purpose.

This program will enable you to get hands on experience on projects focusing on accelerated growth. Your Journey

• New joiner onboarding – to help orientate you into the bank, your new team, and your role.
• Learn and grow – with access to tools and learning experiences to help you realise your full potential. While the experience will vary depending on the team or role you join, you'll be exposed to all sorts of ways to start your career.

Programme Overview
Over 9 months, you'll experience an engaging and varied learning experience, which will include:

• Rotation: Functional and Cross Functional stints across the bank
• Mandatory Learnings: E – learnings, self-learning curriculums, foundation training at BIBM and Banking Professional Examinations
• Exposure to Country's Top Management: Inspiring engagements and future skills development workshops with CMT and Senior Executives
• Interpersonal & wellness training: Gain exclusive access to bank's wellbeing resources
• Robust Foundation: Real life business problem solving and opportunity to impact our business
• Exposure: Networking opportunities across matrixed business at all levels
• Get back to the Society: Opportunity to take part in different Employee Volunteering activities

Skills And Experience
Your career progression
At the end of your programme, you'll join a role in either Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) or Operations (T&O) or other functions in the bank based on suitability.

Eligibility
We're interested in people with diverse backgrounds and encourage students with minimum bachelor's degree from all degree disciplines to apply to our programmes.

For our Graduate Programme, you must

• Have your final grades published on or before 30 September, 2025
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Graduates with maximum 1 year of experience can apply
• Have the permanent legal right to work in Bangladesh
