We are looking for Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager in the Flat/Apartment Sales Department at Reliant Development Limited (A Business unit of Reliant Group).

Job Purpose

To identify, approach, and convert corporate and high-net-worth clients for apartment/real estate sales, through strategic networking, corporate relationships, and B2B sales activities, ensuring consistent revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Client Acquisition

  • Identify and develop relationships with corporate houses, business owners, NRB investors, institutions, and high-value clients
  • Conduct corporate visits, B2B meetings, presentations, and proposal pitching
  • Build a strong corporate client database and sales pipeline

2. Sales & Negotiation

  • Understand client needs and propose suitable apartment/property options
  • Prepare and present customized corporate offers, payment plans, and proposals
  • Lead negotiation and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term professional relationships with corporate clients, investment groups, and channel partners
  • Work with banks, financial institutions, and leasing partners to support client financing
  • Coordinate internally with CRM, Engineering, Accounts, and Legal teams for documentation and agreement execution

4. Market & Strategy

  • Monitor competitor pricing, project offerings, and market trends
  • Develop new corporate sales channels, referral partners, and strategic alliances
  • Participate in property fairs, open-house events, and corporate promotional activities

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and MIS reports
  • Maintain CRM records, lead status, and customer communication logs

Qualifications

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing, Management, or any relevant subject (preferred but not mandatory for high performers)
  • 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field; prior expeirence in the Real Estate, Development, or Construction Company will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, networking & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent corporate presentation and proposal pitching ability
  • High negotiation skills and closing capability
  • Professional grooming and confident personality
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive targets
  • Flexible to move intercity whenever needed.
