Role Description

For the position of

Real Estate Sales Executive ;
We are looking for a highly motivated, Proactive, and passionate Individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively engage with leads, guide them in investing in both residential and commercial properties, and support the sales process from the first interaction to successful closing. This role requires a driven individual with strong client engagement skills, real estate sales experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to and follow up on assigned leads to generate qualified prospects.

● Actively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate investment goals.

● Guide clients through available residential and commercial property options.

● Assist in organizing property tours, site visits, and developer presentations.

● Support negotiations and coordinate with the Lifestyle Asset Advisor during closing stages.

● Maintain updated records of client interactions, property interests, and transaction progress in the CRM system.

● Track client payments and assist in ensuring timely collections in coordination with Accounts.

● Provide feedback on client preferences and market responses to improve sales strategies.

● Contribute to achieving both individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years
    of experience in
    Real Estate Sales
    (residential or commercial) or related client-facing roles.
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Client Engagement Skills.
  • Passionate, Proactive, and Hardworking with a Results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team and support senior advisors.
  • Flexible to field visits, Client meetings, and extended hours if needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field From any UGC approved University.
