Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management, administrating leases, managing both residential and commercial leases, and engaging in various real estate activities. The day-to-day tasks include negotiating lease agreements, managing tenant relationships, handling property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to enhance property values and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Property Management, Lease Administration, and Lease management skills
  • Experiences in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate sectors
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Bachelor's & Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry in Bangladesh is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in Real Estate Companies/Projects
